CLIENT’s Challenge

Our client, a University located in Virginia, was frustrated with its current internal operations and student services processes that were:

• Manual
• Repetitive
• Costly
• High risk, if not completed consistently and correctly

The university knew that their operational processes needed improvements, but they did not have the in-house expertise to strategize and implement this large effort.

OUR APPROACH
