Lisa is a seasoned public sector consulting leader with expertise in state and local government, specializing in public safety, transportation, and homeland security. She has successfully led large-scale government programs using Scaled Agile and DevOps methodologies for legacy system upgrades. Known for integrating intuitive design to drive adoption in change-resistant environments, she also champions diversity as Chair of Infosys America’s Women’s Inclusivity Group. A dedicated mentor, Lisa has guided many in technical and management careers. She is a SAFe 5 Government Agilist, pursuing her PMP, and previously held an FBI-issued Secret clearance.
